Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, or a price or description was shown in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Our artworks are printed to order. Photographs on this site are representative; because screens vary, colours and the grain of the print surface may differ slightly from what you see. Sizes are nominal and may vary by a small tolerance.

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include any applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Shopify's secure checkout at the time you place your order.

Orders delivered outside the UK may attract import duty or local taxes, which are your responsibility as the importer.

Pieces are made to order and typically dispatched within 5 business days, with delivery times depending on destination. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you give us. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order you may cancel for a full refund.

All artwork, images, text and design on this site are owned by Virtue Editions or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical artwork only. It does not transfer copyright and does not permit reproduction, resale as a print, or commercial use of the image.

Do not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated systems to scrape it.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Write to studio@virtueeditions.com and we will respond within 5 business days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your home country.
